★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione in quanto felice ma deluso proprietario (almeno per il momento) di uno splendido armadio, tra l'altro un 'must' ancora presente in catalogo lo 'YOSHIDA' Pietro Arosio design, che quando ho aquistato ho definito autentica espressione d'arte e che oggi purtroppo non riesco più ad utilizzare per la rottura di alcuni dettagli meccanici (peraltro customizzati) che il costruttore non mette a disposizione adducendo motivazioni molto apprssimative e sbrigative che verosimilmente mi aspetterei da un customer service da 'grande magazzino'.
Ripeto sono molto deluso, non in quanto l'oggetto che ripeto essere una vera opera d'arte destinata ad attraversare i tempi, ma del marchio che dietro una immagine così importante da vetrina internazionale si perde in un 'dettaglio' ...e non rispecchia di certo gli slogan 'esprime eccellenza, attenzione ai dettagli, ai materiali e alle forme con l'obiettivo di garantire la qualità di prodotti senza tempo..', ancora 'l'obiettivo è la creazione di prodotti che durino nel tempo, in termini funzionali e di design...'
Mi auguro che questo messaggio finisca direttamente sulla scrivania dell' A.D. e che questo, mosso dalla curiosità oltre che dalla serietà, provi a dare segno di importanza al suo ruolo chiedendo spiegazioni...grazie.
I write this review as a happy but disappointed owner (at least for the moment) of a splendid wardrobe, among other things a 'must' still present in the catalog the 'YOSHIDA' Pietro Arosio design, which when I purchased I defined authentic expression of art and that today unfortunately I can no longer use for the breakage of some mechanical details (moreover customized) that the manufacturer does not provide citing very approximate and hasty reasons that I would probably expect from a 'department store' customer service.
I repeat I am very disappointed, not because the object that I repeat is a true work of art destined to cross the times, but of the brand that behind such an important image as an international showcase is lost in a 'detail' ... and not certainly reflects the slogans' expresses excellence, attention to details, materials and shapes with the aim of guaranteeing the quality of timeless products .. ', yet' the goal is the creation of products that last over time, in functional and design terms ... '
I hope that this message ends up directly on the desk of the A.D. and that this, moved by curiosity as well as seriousness, try to give importance to his role by asking for explanations ... thank you.
