Sala attrezzi ben fornita e molto spaziosa Ambiente sano e ben tenuto Ma la cosa più importante è lo staff altamente professionale e super preparati, ma se potessi dare 10 stelle le darei alle ragazze alla reception sempre sorridenti e molto educate. Gli allenatori sono professionali, preparati, coinvolgenti e ti fanno sentire parte del gruppo! Organized and clean gym, full of courses and the room well equipped with machines. Lo staff é super competente e disponibile nello spiegare l'esecuzione corretta degli esercizi oltre ad essere dei ragazzi giovani e simpatici. Offrono servizi che non tutte le altre palestre danno come ad esempio la bia che é un test gratuito e facoltativo per monitorare la massa grassa e la massa magra che costituisce il nostro corpo così da vedere anche sulla carta i propri miglioramenti. É possibile anche frequentare vari corsi oltre alla sala pesi come ad esempio: pilates, cross, postural fit e spinning il tutto già compreso nel prezzo dell'abbonamento. In modo particolare a Riccardo, che nonostante la giovane età si è dimostrato fin da subito affidabile, attento e preparato ad ogni esigenza. L'unico neo è la sua smisurata passione per il crossfit, ma che ci volte fare, nessuno è perfetto!

Seguita da tutto lo staff con molta cura e attenzione, non mi sento mai "spaesata", sono sempre tutti attenti affinché l'allenamento venga svolto correttamente e nel migliore dei modi. Non di minor importanza, la simpatia di tutti i ragazzi. Dopo una giornata di lavoro, per me andare all'Emme Cento è davvero un momento di svago e un modo per scaricare lo stress con positività. E' un ambiente molto accogliente e familiare. E' decisamente TOP!! Gli allenatori e allenatrici secondo me sono o Molto prepararti nelle varie discipline che svolgono, inoltre sono gentili e disponibili sopratutto i più giovani È una palestra pulita sia nelle sale di allenamento che negli spogliatoi. Oltretutto le sale e attrezzi sono disinfettanti . C'è un centro estetico che svolge vari trattamenti estetici con professionalità oltre ad avere prezzi modici.
