Arrivo alla gioielleria e trovo la porta chiusa e la commessa che pulisce ma nn mi apre la porta xchè il proprietario e fuori per il caffe ( ore 21,20) , ok per il caffè passo dopo . Ripasso dopo 30 minuti circa e trovo il proprietario fuori dalla porta e la commessa che continua a pulire, io educatamente saluto e lui invece di salutarmi con molta arroganza mi dice torni tra 30 minuti che la signorina deve finire di pulire . Ma credete davvero che siete unici al mondo? Vergona
Special day, I go out to give my wife a gift for her birthday and I do about 14 Km. I arrive at the jewelry store and find the door closed and the saleswoman cleaning but she doesn't open the door for me because the owner is out for coffee (hours 21.20), ok for coffee step by step. I review after about 30 minutes and find the owner outside the door and the saleswoman who continues to clean, I politely say hello and instead of greeting me with a lot of arrogance he tells me come back in 30 minutes that the young lady has to finish cleaning. But do you really believe that you are unique in the world? Vergona

Although they issued a warranty card and everything looked nice and genuine, there is not any form of help nor understanding to solve the matter. So apparently it is all about the money and not about customer care at all. Very, very disppointing.
