Dalla consistenza, il colore ed il profumo sembra un prodotto buono, lo uso per colorare le pietanza di fagioli, lenticchie e per il ragù alla bolognese, il sapore è buono e non da cenno di acidità.
Confido nella correttezza della Società Emiliana Conserve affinché non vi venga aggiunto il concentrato cinese.
Lo consiglio per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
