La risposta è stata NO, ora io mi chiedo ma l'ambulanza di norma di legge è possibile che nn abbia una sedia a rotelle ? Insomma nonostante mia madre gli continuava a dire mi gira la testa e mi sento debole l'ha fatta caminare fino l'ascensore e l'ha fatta caminare e fare delle scale e all'ultimo ha portato una barella al piano terra, ora io mi chiedo se mia madre vomita perché la fai sdraiare ? forse dovevi portare la sedia a rotelle, forse dovevi entrare con l'ambulanza dentro il cortile nonostante gli abbia detto ti apro il cancello, caro assistente incompetente 1 mia madre faceva passi piccoli perché ha una protesi alla gamba e non perché non voleva caminare 2 gentile amministrazione vi consiglio di far fare al vostro staff un corso di sensibilità e di gestione della situazione, non è il piccolo o grande caso che si da maggior o meno assistenza/delicatezza ogni situazione va gestita con lo stesso livello di delicatezza e importanza, voglio vedere se viene uno come questo signore e signorina ad assistere vostra mamma che cosa avreste fatto?
