Con il sistema appuntamento rinnovo passaporto non ho dovuto neppure fare la fila. Il personale è giovane, istruito e sono molto disponibili, sorridenti e capaci.
Sono rimasto molto sorpreso e soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 双向邮寄护照，3月22日订单显示已邮寄出去，到现在护照都没收到，然后4月7号收到大使馆邮件说护照上面没有5年的出入境记录，要发个本人小视频给大使馆，想打电话给大使馆了解情况一直打不通，我真是不知道那个电话是摆设吗？都没人接？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一天才上班3小时，一个星期才上四天。也没地方可查询哪一天可以办理什么业务。开了两小时车过去，虽然说有开门，又说只有星期一跟星期三才办理委托书？这些人每天都在里面干嘛呢？人手不足吗？还国家单位？丢脸啊???

No information on phone, no information on website, wrong information on desk, they ask me to do photocopy of documents, the photocopy machine is broken of course, so you have to walk 10 minutes to do it, than after doing the line again they say is missing a seal. Write clearly the information about document legalization on your website!!
