★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots needs to be done about comportment of staff and processing of passports. If it's possible, there should be another Embassy office in maybe Milan or Napoli. The number of Nigerians in Italy cannot be compared to the number in other European countries. I am surprised the staff have to work till 11pm some days just to keep up.

It crazy how nothing works as it should when Nigerian are involved.
Phone numbers and emails ain't for decoration for crying out loud.
All of the information on the contact page of their official website are not functioning.
You have everyone complaining about the same thing and not one change is mad, such an unfortunate situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I, My fiancee and his Embassy (The Maltese Embassy) has been trying to reach the Nigerian Embassy in Rome to send a verification email introducing their new HOC who signed my spinsterhood affidavit for the past 3weeks, they are not picking their calls or responding to emails. We've missed our marriage registration deadline, now we are struggling to meet the next date before the affidavit becomes invalid.
We've been trapped for weeks, it's frustrating. Please Nigerian Embassy in Rome, do the needful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ from my own personal experience, I think a lot has changed from what I used to hear about this embassy. The two times that I have sent email for information, I always receive a call back for proper clarification. The online booking of appointment is a very welcome ideal but I think a lot still need to be done on that very site to make it functional just like that of Madrid, Spain.
