โ โ โ โ โ there isn't any kind of support related to our lebanese biometric driving license. we have been asking and calling since 2019 and nothing has changed. not responding to our calls, or always pospotning wont solve any issue. A swift solution coming from lebanon would help all lebanese abroad. And the solution is simply updating one point in the new biometric license there is no magic required in it.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service, no support to the lebanese people in Italy, above everything we are having issues with the biometric driving license since 2019 and until today no one is giving updates on the issue and where we stand and as well the next steps to take. We are all losing job opportunities since we don't have the driving license and as well not all of us has the enough money to do the e am from scratch. The embassy has the responsability to seek solutions for the problem and expedite it.
