Cortesia e puntualità da parte del personale interno agli uffici, e completa disponibilità e praticità, da parte di s.e. l'ambasciatrice, con messa a disposizione di una interprete precisa e gentile. Nel complesso, ottima impressione!
 Friendly and exhaustive reception, even if the reception staff speak only English. Courtesy and punctuality by the staff inside the offices, and complete availability and practicality, by s.e. the ambassador, with the availability of a precise and kind interpreter. All in all, great impression!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono l'interprete italiano non risponde mai e mi sa che non sanno leggere l'italiano perché non rispondono neanche alle e mail.
In un momento del genere di blocchi tra regioni potrebbero anche lavorare on-line e spedirli via posta elettronica i documenti di cui abbiamo bisogno. Questo si chiama tecnologia, evolversi al futuro.
On the phone the Italian interpreter never answers and I think they can't read Italian because they don't even answer e-mails.
At a time of this kind of cross-region blocks, they might as well work online and email them the documents we need. This is called technology, evolve to the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non si riesce a comunicare, alle e-mail NON rispondono e sul sito internet non ci sono informazioni sui documenti da presentare per le pratiche che dovrei fare.
Soprattutto ora in tempo di covid la comunicazione telefonica e digitale sarebbe essenziale.
On the phone it is not possible to communicate, the e-mails are NOT answered and on the website there is no information on the documents to be presented for the practices I should do.
Especially now in times of covid, telephone and digital communication would be essential.

NON risponde l'utente italiano al telefono e NON rispondono alle e-mail. Servizio inesistente, impossibile avere le informazioni utili per ottenere i documenti che mi servivano.
Impossible to communicate with them.
The Italian user does NOT answer the phone and they DO NOT answer e-mails. Service non-existent, impossible to have the useful information to get the documents I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ero più giovane, durante gli studi universitari, mi recavo per ricerche all'ambasciata. Ancora oggi, non è cambiata molto. Atmosfera di calma, serenità, cortesia e gentilezza del personale, secondo i modi di fare tipici del Corno d'Africa. Palazzina architettonicamente ben tenuta e pulita. Tempi forse un po' lenti in attese e richieste, ma non è un difetto strutturale, è un fattore di ritmo comportamentale Etiopico, che può risultare piacevole, come Oasi dal caos della metropoli Roma frenetica. Forse, però, non é tanto gestito bene il servizio informazioni telefonico o di rete, compensato da una efficienza e cordialità nell'attuazione di richieste e certificati. Visitatelo, almeno, per iniziare a conoscere una singolare e originale parte del mondo, ancora oggi quasi sconosciuta ai più, se non per le brutte notizie dei media su guerre, malattie, fame.
When I was younger, during my university studies, I went to the embassy for research. Even today, not much has changed. Atmosphere of calm, serenity, courtesy and kindness of the staff, according to the typical ways of the Horn of Africa. Architecturally well-kept and clean building. Perhaps a little slow times in waiting and requests, but it is not a structural defect, it is a factor of Ethiopian behavioral rhythm, which can be pleasant, like Oasis from the chaos of the frenetic Rome metropolis. Perhaps, however, the telephone or network information service is not so well managed, compensated by an efficiency and friendliness in the implementation of requests and certificates. Visit it, at least, to get to know a singular and original part of the world, still today almost unknown to most people, if not for the bad news of the media about wars, diseases, hunger.

They do not respond phone, even when they respond after so many days calls they reply short answer by saying "At the moment we did not start service on your query" ,...Unprofessional and irresponsible individuals. Government should have to evaluate
