Rispetto a quanto preventivato, avallato da apposito sopralluogo e concordato, il trasloco è stato effettuato lasciando metà roba a terra “per eccesso di peso”. Prima consegna bloccata in dogana (sempre per eccesso di peso!) e consegnata ad orari notturni! Per avere la consegna della rimanenza è stato richiesto il raddoppio della spesa preventivata…. Tattica “imprenditoriale” scorretta ed inaccettabile. Disastrous experience. Professionalism = 0. Compared to what was budgeted, endorsed by a special inspection and agreed, the move was made leaving half stuff on the ground "for excess weight". First delivery blocked at customs (always for excess weight!) And delivered at night time! In order to have the delivery of the balance, it was requested to double the budgeted expenditure .... Improper and unacceptable "entrepreneurial" tactics.
i	india simi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza stressante e negativa. abbiamo concordato un preventivo che si è rivelato raddoppiato. la comunicazione e il sopralluogo da parte della ditta sono stati fatti in modo superficiale e approssimativo. sono stati usati dei materiali di imballaggio non idonei come il nastro da pacchi su oggetti di legno e oggetti pregiati. sui pacchi non è stato scritto la loro provenienza e mi sono ritrovata la nuova casa con una montagna di pacchi irriconoscibili. mi hanno trattato come se volessi fare la disonesta e non volessi dar loro la differenza del lavoro extra. Stressful and negative experience. we have agreed on a quote that has doubled. the communication and the inspection by the company have been done in a superficial and approximate way. Unsuitable packaging materials were used, such as the parcel tape on wooden objects and valuable objects. their origin was not written on the packages and I found myself the new home with a mountain of unrecognizable packages. they treated me as if I wanted to do dishonesty and I didn't want to give them the difference of the extra work.

Missed two appointments for a quote, the second without notifying. At work I do not allow myself to judge by not having used the service.

Il titolare, disponibile e cordiale, sì è recato personalmente presso la mia abitazione per il sopralluogo e ha organizzato l'operazione di trasloco in maniera impeccabile. Gli addetti sono stati precisi, veloci e molto comprensivi. Consiglio vivamente questa ditta! Excellent service! Abbiamo avuto un trasloco con mille imprevisti ma l’umanità ed il problem solving di Vincenzo e della sua squadra sono stati impeccabili!
