Great new villa with a spacious outdoor area, beautiful pool, hobby room with table football and table tennis, bicycles are also available. The house itself is very modern with a large living room and open kitchen, 4 double rooms each with their own bathroom and separately lockable. The refrigerator was filled by the landlords, and they were always on hand to answer any questions or requests. In short: a dream villa that leaves nothing to be desired!

Perfect is an understatement, Villa elsagarden is very beautiful, luxurious, finished in every aspect and ideal for those who want a holiday in total privacy. The owner was very kind right from the start, agreeing to my vacation with my little Chiwawa. The sea can be reached on foot or with the comfortable bicycles that we found in the structure. My grandchildren enjoyed the games room and the beautiful salt water pool that doesn't make you regret the sea. A tip to everyone if you are staying at Villa Elsagarden ask for breakfast at the La Vela Bar NO FINAL SURPRISE EVERY AGREEMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY COMPLIED WITH.

Villa elsagaeden is exactly as it is described. Very large luxuriously furnished with a fantastic swimming pool even though the sea is just a few steps away. I recommend coming by car even if it is very close to the town. Definitely to come back, all well-deserved stars.

A daydream, at 250 meters there is also a private access to the sea for local residents, the villa is wonderful not only for the finishes used but above all for the fact that being a new construction (end of 2021) there is everything new and functional. The garden is 1700 square meters, the infinity pool with salt filters is 70 square meters (10 meters x 7 meters) and does not smell of chlorine (since the filters are salt), then it is equipped with all possible and imaginable comforts, bathroom private in the room for each room, so 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms absolutely chic and all in a modern minimalist style, the kitchen is complete with all appliances and thanks to the photovoltaic panels you are never in total darkness ... What to say? A dream villa, equipped among other things with bicycles for guests, outdoor heated whirlpool, outdoor showers, outdoor BBQ, tables, umbrellas, deck chairs and much more that I do not describe otherwise I would finish tomorrow, but the photos speak for me! I personally prefer the swimming pool to the sea, but the beach of white fountains made of white sand is also wonderful, but it is about 1.5 km away, a short walk on foot, then in the vicinity you will find everything, several bars, tobacconist , restaurants and trattorias, I recommend Vela Cafè where to eat for lunch and El Cubano, where to get a granita or ice cream ... Then there are also small minimarkets, but if you want you can call in the center of Syracuse in large supermarkets and have the shopping brought home with home delivery service ... Speaking of clubs, I recommend the various terraces overlooking the sea in the Ognina area, obviously it is far away on foot, but highly recommended for a nice romantic dinner or aperitif at sunset ... of photos that are worth more than my words ...
