Arrivati ci hanno offerto caffè ed acqua e ci hanno lasciato tutto il tempo per decidere senza ansia. Poi dovendo fare un'incisione si sono subito adoperati per farla in giornata, così da evitarci un secondo viaggio. Che dire: qualità italiana e cortesia di altri tempi.
Fantastic shop, wonderful pens and the lady with her husband who works there are really courteous people. When they arrived they offered us coffee and water and left us all the time to decide without anxiety. Then having to make an incision, they immediately made an effort to do it in the day, so as to avoid a second trip. What can I say: Italian quality and courtesy of the past.

Complimenti alla signora Emanuela, di una gentilezza squisita, per avermi aiutato nella difficile scelta. Due ore, forse tre, trascorse benissimo e che fanno da compendio all'acquisto stesso.
The pen I bought, a Moon Landing, is spectacular but the shopping experience was superb. Congratulations to Mrs. Emanuela, of an exquisite kindness, for helping me in the difficult choice. Two hours, perhaps three, passed very well and which are the compendium of the purchase itself.
