★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il 1°giugno 2020 un citofono. Lo stesso giorno mi è stato risposto che per una falsa giacenza di magazzino il prodotto attualmente non è disponibile. Ho cercato di contattare la ditta per ottenere il rimborso ma la mail a cui ho risposto ritorna come indirizzo ignoto, al telefono non rispondono. Credo di aver buttato 165 euro.
 I purchased an intercom on June 1, 2020. The same day I was told that the product is currently unavailable due to a false warehouse stock. I tried to contact the company to get a refund but the email I replied to returns as an unknown address, they don't answer on the phone. I think I threw 165 euros.

Ordine non tracciato.
Solo a inizio settembre ricevo comunicazione di elaborazione ordine.
I ordered a doublet for lighting it is impossible any contact with the supplier, after typing n. Telephone answers the secretary. No response despite voice messages and sending written messages.
Order not tracked.
Only at the beginning of September do I receive notification of order processing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato e pagato un videocitofono , ordine 318738 nonostante fosse la settimana di Agosto e presumibilmente fossero pieni di lavoro mi hanno seguito la spedizione passo a passo , avevo letto qualche recensione con problemi di recapito materiale ma nel mio caso tutto bene , prezzi competitivi.
I bought and paid for a video intercom, order 318738 despite the fact that it was the week of August and presumably they were full of work, they followed the shipment step by step, I had read some reviews with problems of delivery of the material but in my case everything was fine, competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi assai competitivi, outlet imbattibile. Pacco giunto perfettamente imballato. Nessun problema. Avevo letto qualche recensione negativa, il prezzo trovato e paypal mi hanno comunque spinto a provare, devo dire sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.
Very competitive prices, unbeatable outlet. Perfectly packed joint package. No problem. I had read some negative reviews, the price found and paypal still pushed me to try, I must say I was very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be se l'azienda si giudica dal servizio clienti è pessima come appunto il servizio clienti inesistente. Il numero di telefono viene girato su un numero di cellulare dove puoi solo lasciare un messaggio al quale manco rispondono. NON ESISTE tracciabilità della merce spedita. Ordine (citofono) fatto il 19 dicembre, mi è arrivata mail direttamente dalla ELMAX che lo hanno spedito il 21 dicembre, oggi 4 gennaio/21merce ancora "uccel di bosco..." non è arrivata e non si sa dove sia. E poi dicono di non fare acquisti tramite Amazon ma, di farlo direttamente dalle ditte/negozi...
Ora ci sarà tutta la solita trafila e rottura per chiedere rimborso, se mai lo faranno, visto che pare un'azienda fantasma. Comincio anche pensare di avere preso una fregatura, visto altri commenti negativi, più o meno, per gli stessi motivi!

Well if the company is judged by the customer service it is as bad as the non-existent customer service. The phone number is turned over to a cell phone number where you can only leave a message to which they don't even answer. THERE IS NO traceability of the goods shipped. Order (intercom) made on December 19th, I received emails directly from ELMAX which sent it on December 21st, today January 4th / 21 goods still "Uccel di bosco ..." has not arrived and no one knows where it is. And then they say not to shop through Amazon but to do it directly from companies / shops ...
Now there will be all the usual rigging and breaking to ask for a refund, if they ever will, since it looks like a ghost company. I also begin to think that I have taken a scam, seen other negative comments, more or less, for the same reasons!

GLS ha dichiarato di non trovare l'indirizzo di destinazione (cosa impossibile in quanto abito a milano e ricevo consegne correntemente)
Gls mi dice che non può fare nulla se Elmax non da ordine di riconsegna e afferma che non riescono a contattarla.
Da allora mi è impossibile contattare Elmax, non rispondono ne al telefono, ne alle mail ne su wathsupp.
Signori della Elmax mi dite cosa devo fare per riavere i miei soldi o almeno l'articolo che ho pagato?

I ordered an intercom by paying for the item and shipping costs.
GLS declared that it could not find the destination address (which is impossible as I live in Milan and I am currently receiving deliveries)
Gls tells me they can't do anything if Elmax doesn't issue a return order and says they can't contact her.
Since then it has been impossible for me to contact Elmax, they don't answer the phone, mail or wathsupp.
Gentlemen of Elmax tell me what I have to do to get my money back or at least the item I paid for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggio del peggio, articolo arrivato non funzionante ( sistema di allarme domestico). Nessuna assistenza ne per email, whatsapp, telefono. Apro contestazione su PayPal, con un inganno mi contattano dicendo di risolvere, appena chiudo la contestazione, spariscono nel nulla. Mi contattano nuovamente dopo mesi per chiedere di rimuovere il feedback negativo in cambio di un buono di 5 € ( mentre il mio arcitolo costa 230€), senza parole. Da evitare come la peste, io sto facendo anche la segnalazione alla Polizia postale per truffa.
Worst of the worst, item arrived non-functional (home alarm system). No assistance by email, whatsapp, telephone. I open a dispute on PayPal, with a deception they contact me saying to solve, as soon as I close the dispute, they disappear into thin air. They contact me again after months to ask to remove the negative feedback in exchange for a € 5 voucher (while my architle costs € 230), speechless. To be avoided like the plague, I am also reporting to the Postal Police for scam.
