Gli appartamenti sono puliti, comodi, confortevoli e spaziosi al punto giusto. Super consigliato Friendly hosts and available for any request or advice, the house is in an ideal position both for the sea and the tranquility and for the nightlife which is 10 minutes away. Il proprietario molto scortese, la mattina che dovevamo andare via 10 minuti prima delle 10:00 viene dicendo che tassativamente dovevamo andare via SUBITO. I do not recommend it isolated place. When I made the reservation it appeared with parking, instead I had to leave the car on the road about 300 meters away. The very rude owner, in the morning that we had to leave 10 minutes before 10:00 is saying that strictly we had to leave IMMEDIATELY.

Raul ed Elena sono due padroni di casa discreti, simpatici e molto disponibili. Gli appartamenti sono moderni, ben organizzati, puliti, funzionali e molto ventilati. L'assenza di climatizzatore non si avverte nemmeno! Decorazioni sulle pareti e pavimenti colorati completano l'arredamento con gusto e stile. La casa è veramente a pochi passi dal mare permettendoti di indossare il costume e tuffarti in acqua in pochi minuti. Due giorni trascorsi al top! Hospitality alone already makes the stay very pleasant but this is only the first of many advantages. Raul and Elena are two discreet, nice and very helpful hosts. The apartments are modern, well organized, clean, functional and very ventilated. The absence of air conditioning is not even noticeable! Decorations on the walls and colorful floors complete the furniture with taste and style. The house is really a few steps from the sea allowing you to put on your swimsuit and dive into the water in a few minutes. Two days spent at the top!

Non oso immaginare sul posto, una volta pagato, cosa potrei ricevere come risposte ad una qualsiasi mi richiesta o necessità. Bocciato! La spiaggia è libera ed è a pochi passi dagli appartamenti, che hanno uno stile moderno e sono ben arredati. Marzamemi, Noto e Vendicari sono mete raggiungibili con facilità in macchina. I supermercati sono a meno di dieci minuti di macchina, ma passano tutti i giorni diversi furgoni che vendono generi alimentari. L'auto si può parcheggiare nella strada in testa al vialetto che conduce agli appartamenti e al mare. Posto consigliato sia per una vacanza tutta di mare in pieno relax, sia per escursioni e visite in tutta la zona che va da Ragusa (Modica, Scicli) fino a Noto. L	Linda Amore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sola cosa buona è la posizione, a 100 mt dalla spiaggia, zona cottura abbastanza utile ma se cercate qualcosa in più di un tetto sopra la testa, come ad esempio servizi, confort, vista panoramica, pace (nei mesi estivi), flessibilità e cortesia ecc, è assolutamente da cestinare. PS: su booking segnalano che è fronte mare ma non è vero, è in una stradina laterale e tutt'intorno ci sono altre case, rumoroso, non c'è bidet, niente saponi nè carta igienica extra, niente climatizzatori, zero tende, teleria, chiavi delle camere, ecc... Giusto, giudicate voi... The only good thing is the location, 100 meters from the beach, quite useful cooking area but if you are looking for something more than a roof over your head, such as services, comfort, panoramic view, peace (in the summer months), flexibility and courtesy etc., it is absolutely to be trashed. PS: on booking they report that it is facing the sea but it is not true, it is in a side street and all around there are other houses, noisy, there is no bidet, no soaps or extra toilet paper, no air conditioners, no curtains, linen , room keys, etc ... Right, you judge ...

There is nothing missing in there and the owners are very friendly.The most valuable thing is the location. Thanks Raul, we are definitely coming back. Will recommend it :)
