Chiedi foto del piano cucine poi del libretto anche se tutti i dati li ho già dati nelle ma il precedenti. P. S conversazione che va avanti da un paio di mesi.... Bad after sales service ... I contact daily for parts but still haven't told me if I can send the parts to me or if they exist. Ask for photos of the kitchen plan then the booklet even if I have already given all the data in the previous ones. P. S conversation that has been going on for a couple of months ....

Ho fatto la contestazione direttamente in elleci. Mi hanno detto di compilare un modulo che mi avrebbero mandato via mail. Ho compilato il modulo, l'ho inviato e pochi secondi dopo mi hanno detto che entro pochi giorni mi avavrebbero contattato. Invece dopo tre giorni mi sono visto recapitare il miscelatore nuovo. Ringrazio la ditta ELLECIper la cortesia mostratami. I bought a kitchen mixer in May, and after a few months of installation it began to remove the paint. I made the dispute directly in hell. They told me to fill out a form that they would send me via email. I filled out the form, sent it and a few seconds later they told me they would contact me in a few days. Instead, after three days I saw myself delivering the new mixer. I thank the company ELLECI for the courtesy shown to me.

Nello specifico ho acquistato tramite un negozio online un lavabo da cucina della Elleci il quale una volta arrivato presso la mia abitazione ho provveduto a forare per l'installazione del miscelatore. Durante la foratura nonostante tutte le precauzioni,nel lavello sono emerse delle crinature pertanto, ho dapprima contattato il sito ove avevo effettuato l'acquisto ma nonostante gli avessi spiegato l'accaduto (correlato da foto) dopo lunga attesa mi è stato detto che non vi era possibilità né di cambio né di un eventuale scontistica nonostante neanche loro sapessero dare una spiegazione all'accaduto. Dato lo scarico di responsabilità ricevuto dal venditore ho provveduto a contattare direttamente la Elleci ai quali, dopo aver spiegato l'accaduto ed aver inviato le foto del lavello, mi hanno prontamente inviato un nuovo lavello che in due giorni è giunto presso la mia abitazione. Voglio pertanto ringraziare nuovamente la società per la professionalità dimostrata, la cordialità avuta nei miei confronti e nella cura del cliente che è stata perfetta. Complimenti davvero. I write this review of mine to compliment the professionalism and seriousness that I have seen in this company. Specifically, I purchased an Elleci kitchen sink from an online store, which, once I arrived at my home, I punched for installing the mixer. During the drilling despite all the precautions, some crinkles emerged in the sink, therefore I first contacted the site where I had made the purchase but despite having explained the incident (correlated by photo) after a long wait I was told that I did not it was a possibility neither of change nor of a possible discount despite the fact that even they could not explain the incident. Given the discharge of responsibility received from the seller, I proceeded to contact Elleci directly to whom, after explaining what had happened and having sent photos of the sink, they promptly sent me a new sink which arrived at my house in two days. I therefore want to thank the company again for the professionalism demonstrated, the friendliness I had towards me and the care for the customer that was perfect. Sincere congratulations.

Niedaleko firmy jest plac gdzie można zaparkowac na noc lub na weekend. Fast loading to France. They start at 8. They check the green pass. There is a clean toilet with a shower. There is a square near the company where you can park for the night or for the weekend.

Se dovete produrre componenti che stanno bene solo in vetrina specificatelo ai rivenditori. 0 stars. Poor product. Purchased a composite sink which was ruined after a few months. They make excuses not to provide assistance. If you have to produce components that look good only in the shop window, specify it to the retailers.

Sono molto delusa e mi ritrovo un lavello che doveva essere nero, mezzo grigiastro a macchie. Procederò con l acquisto di altra marca. Black composite sink turned gray in spots, they have absolutely not replaced saying that it is the characteristic of the composite. I am very disappointed and I find myself a sink that must have been black, half grayish with spots. I will proceed with the purchase of another brand.
M	Margherita Fiordaliso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo alcuni mesi si rifiutano di cambiare il mio lavello in composito in quanto il fatto che sia scolorito e macchiato dipende secondo loro da come la luce batte sul lavandino nelle foto che ho provveduto ad inviare, e perché non va gettata acqua bollente nel lavandino...scusate, ma voi come scolate la pasta???? E io apro sempre l acqua fredda mentre lo faccio!! Allibita.
