Le nostre lamentele hanno causato urla e atteggiamenti al limite della denuncia. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Terrible experience. We bought a used machine under warranty. In 4 months we had to take the machine to the workshop 4 times. Our complaints caused screams and attitudes bordering on denunciation. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

Applicare le targhe ad un'auto con numero di telaio sbagliato senza che nessuno se ne accorga, è un gravissimo errore. Fare spallucce e dissimulare quando il cliente viene a reclamare però, è vergognoso. Danno segnalato a settembre, aspetto che il loro zone manager gli indichi la via, ad oggi nessuno si è fatto vivo. a	anto cambra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono veramente deluso tagliando fatto a metà luglio e a fine settembre scopro di avere le pastiglie freni posteriori consumate con conseguente rigatura del disco posteriore non è segno di professionalità dovevano avvertirmi dell'usura ora dovrò sostituire i dischi posteriori e comunque anche le pastiglie anteriori sono messe male...,forse 250€!!! non sono bastate per farmi dare quest'infomazione.Complimenti per la politica di qualità e soddisfazione del cliente. Ciliegina sulla torta mi è pure stato chiuso il telefono in faccia...dopo aver richiamato e aver parlato con un altro dipendente mi è stato detto che la macchina che cercavo io non c'era...COMPLIMENTI. Sono stato invitato per un controllo gratuito della mia 2008 e sono uscito dall'officina solo dopo essere stato costretto a pagare e attorniato da tutto lo staff meccanico e ricambista,quasi circondato a mo' di minaccia ed insultato alla presenza di una persona della mia famiglia. Ho cercato di resistere a questi individui ed ho fatto bene...Non so come sarebbe finita. Una vergogna totale,personale da mandare a casa senza scrupoli. Comportamenti inaccettabili.... Veramente il peggio che io abbia mai visto...in questo settore!! Absolutely not to go !!
