★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perchè non c'è -1 ho ordinato un paio di guanti che risultavano e risultano ancora oggi disponibili non me li hanno mai spediti per avere il reso 2 mesi di chiamate tutti i giorni e continuavano a dirmi che lo avevano fatto (cosa non vera) dopo forse 2 mesi per non sentirmi più mi hanno rimborsato i soldi...pessima esperienza
I put a star because there is no -1 I ordered a pair of gloves that were and are still available today they never sent them to me to have the return 2 months of calls every day and they kept telling me that they had done it (what not true) after maybe 2 months to not hear from me they refunded my money ... bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in data 07/03/22 ho pagato euro 200,00 pe runa motosega usata che non ho poi visto neanche in fotografia ,nel senso che nonostante diverse telefonate con un responsabile sig.Marco e nonostante i solleciti,le diffide dal mio avvocato ,minacce di querela etc etc questi malviventi non solo non hanno (ovviamente) risposto , ma non hanno altrettanto , restituito i soldi versati come richiesto. Ora se questi sperano che essendo *solo* 200€ la cosa finisca qua si sbagliano. Io ho già perso qualcosa , ora è il momento che lo facciano loro. il mio consiglio è di starne ben alla larga.
on 07/03/22 I paid € 200.00 for a used chainsaw rune which I have not even seen in the photograph, in the sense that despite several phone calls with a manager Mr. Marco and despite the reminders, warnings from my lawyer, threats of lawsuits etc etc these criminals not only did not (obviously) respond, but they did not return the money paid as requested. Now if they hope that being * only * 200 € the thing ends here they are wrong. I've already lost something, now it's time for them to do it. my advice is to stay well away from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO. Attesa di 3 mesi per prodotti "disponibili". Batteria Husqvarna ordinata (e pagata) a luglio 2021 non è mai stata spedita, e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso nonostante ripetuti solleciti. Il venditore al telefono promette il rimborso, peccato che poi non arriva mai nulla. Davvero disonesto!
BAD. 3 months wait for "available" products. Husqvarna battery ordered (and paid for) in July 2021 has never been shipped, and I am still waiting for a refund despite repeated reminders. The seller on the phone promises a refund, too bad nothing ever comes. Really dishonest!

All perfect. Original parts, they have their price, but in the end it is a saving. They make sure the parts are the right ones for your machine - a very valuable service. A little length in the deliveries, but very much worth it. More than advisable.
