★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fornitissimi, una vasta scelta di prodotti per ogni esigenza, prodotti innovativi e molto interessanti, prezzi nella media, personale disponibile e competente, spazi ampi e ben organizzati in cui trovare ciò che si cerca è facile ed intuitivo, norme di sicurezza covid-19 rispettate alla lettera. Lo slogan dice "animali che passione" e una volta tanto non è solo uno slogan. 5 stelle decisamente meritate.
Always well-stocked, a wide choice of products for every need, innovative and very interesting products, average prices, helpful and competent staff, large and well-organized spaces in which to find what you are looking for is easy and intuitive, covid-19 safety standards comply to the letter. The slogan says "animals, what a passion" and for once it's not just a slogan. Definitely deserved 5 stars.

A parte questo i prezzi di molti prodotti sono più cari rispetto ad altre catene, ma uno già lo sa prima essendo comunque Elite. Per emergenze e comodità se abitate vicino, altrimenti per risparmiare ed avere gli stessi prodotti, c'e' l'imbarazzo della scelta
Very nice staff, large shop, but often out of stock products remain so for a long time. Apart from this the prices of many products are more expensive than other chains, but one already knows this before being Elite anyway. For emergencies and convenience if you live nearby, otherwise to save money and have the same products, there is plenty of choice
