★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un kg di porcini alla sagra del porcino a Castel del Rio ed al posto di un kilo di porcini ho trovato un kg di vermi. 22 euro buttati al vento e siccome sono forestiero non mi conviene nemmeno a tornare li a reclamare che mi costa più di gasolio che non di porcini. Il destino dovrebbe farmeli incontrare di nuovo che ho fatto le foto alla merce dell'elite loro.
I bought a kg of porcini mushrooms at the porcini festival in Castel del Rio and instead of a kilo of porcini mushrooms I found a kg of worms. 22 euros thrown away and since I'm a stranger I don't even want to go back there to claim that it costs me more fuel than porcini mushrooms. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non direttamente da loro ma da negozio sempre sulle colline modenesi ho acquistato più volte i loro funghi porcini secchi .
Ottima pezzatura, sono quasi tutte teste del fungo , i profumi sono a dir poco estasianti. Cucinati da soli o con altri alimenti ho sempre trovato sapori e profumi squisiti.
Per ora posso solo parlare bene
Not directly from them but from a shop in the Modena hills I bought their dried porcini mushrooms several times.
Excellent size, they are almost all heads of the mushroom, the aromas are nothing short of entrancing. Cooked alone or with other foods I have always found exquisite flavors and aromas.
