Trovandoci in clima pandemico uscente apprezzo molto l attenzione per la pulizia e il comportamento di tutti i soci. Consigliatissimo ?? Professional and friendly staff, in a peaceful setting in beautiful Formia. I am very happy even though I started a month ago. Positivi i "cambiamenti che ho trovato".. lo staff è davvero molto, ma molto professionale.....competenza, dedizione, attenzione ai particolari, sono solamente alcune delle caratteristiche dei ragazzi al box....atmosfera, oltretutto, condita da cortesia e tanta, tanta simpatia! Se il fisico regge mi dovranno sopportare per molti anni ancora!!! you want to ..... kill yourself with crossfit !! I returned after 3 years. Positive the "changes I found" .. the staff is very, very professional ..... competence, dedication, attention to detail, are just some of the characteristics of the guys in the box .... atmosphere, moreover, seasoned from courtesy and lots and lots of sympathy! If the body holds up they will have to endure me for many more years !!!

Corsi frequenti e davvero un bel clima, si ride un bel po’! The coaches are true professionals, serious, available and prepared. The large box and high-level tools. Venivo dal Calisthenics e non amavo molto il Crossfit, ma ho dovuto ricredermi... palestra molto ben attrezzata, ottimi personal trainer che anche con una classe numerosa seguono tutti e, se serve, personalizzano l'allenamento per permettere a chiunque di eseguire gli esercizi con la giusta tecnica ed il massimo del potenziale. Tutti molto preparati e dediti al loro lavoro. Un ringraziamento particolare a Kristina e Luca sempre molto disponibili e simpaticissimi, due belle persone che ai tempi di oggi sono rare da trovare! I recommend this gym for everyone! ... I came from Calisthenics and I didn't really like Crossfit, but I had to change my mind ... very well equipped gym, excellent personal trainers who follow everyone even with a large class and, if necessary, customize the training to allow anyone to perform the exercises with the right technique and maximum potential. All very prepared and dedicated to their work. A special thanks to Kristina and Luca always very helpful and very nice, two beautiful people who in today's times are rare to find!
