Chiedo a quanto sarebbe ammontato il prezzo se avessi fatto tutto e mi vien detto 22 euro. Ammesso e concesso che ci sia stato un misunderstanding vengo chiamata qualche giorno dopo per confermare semipermanente e pedicure (il che lascia intendere che al telefono quando presi appuntamento giorni prima era stato segnato semipermanente e pedicure, stessa telefonata in cui avevo accordato 22 euro). Inizio a fare le unghie e soffro come un cane, limate con prepotenza, sono due giorni che mi pulsano per il dolore e sono infiammate, le ho fatte vedere anche ad altre persone e sono gonfie e rosse. Non solo, le unghie sono uscite di forme diverse e lo smalto semipermanente é finito oltre l'unghia su alcune dita seccandosi sulla pelle. Ma oltre al danno anche la beffa, arrivo in cassa e pago 42 euro. Lungi da me giudicare il listino prezzo e dunque la richiesta di 20 euro per grattare un tallone, e 22 per mettere lo smalto, sono sconvolta per l'imprecisione non soltanto del risultato finale (ma già avevo notato che chi di dovere aveva applicato e cancellato con indecisione più volte lo smalto) ma anche per l'imprecisione, chiamiamola così, nel comunicarmi un prezzo di 20 euro inferiore a ciò che mi sono trovata a pagare, per un risultato ben lontano dalla perfezione.
