I was so excited to buy something from the brand because I love the designs but because service was so bad I left without saying bye, if people are so depressed they don’t want to work no wonder the economy is doing so bad and they drive tourists away. Will buy it online instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I was there last week and tried on same pants of different sizes. I asked them to get me the size that fitted well, paid for them. Got home back in Sweden only to get the wrong size packed for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why would you advertise something in the window if you can’t sell it??? Wanted to buy 2 jump suits for my partner, they said was winter stock and summer stock in. Didn’t have a long timeline so wanted window stock no discounts just didn’t have time to waste but gave me nothing. Thanks for the bad service I will take my 1000 euro elsewhere. Keep you business and stock I will shop elsewhere. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've planned my visit to this spectaclous designer's shop in advance and was really open for a nice shopping! Unfortunately, I was traveling with my backpack. Needless to say that attitude and speed of response of assisting team was below any expectations. It is very sad when people are treated by their appearance and if you are not looking as a red carpet star it's better to skip this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the baddest service I have ever experienced, I ordered 2 dresses they we’re to little so I send it back And ordered an bigger size that was good. After 2 weeks they send me the 2 dresses back and tell me that’s it’s used we can’t sell it anymore. But we didn’t even we’re the dress. The badest service. Don’t buy from them!! They are scamming people!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes look really great, but a button flew off my dress when I tried it on for the first time at home. I was then redirected to customer service and asked to write an email. At first I got a response, but my problem was not solved. And after a second email, I haven't received any feedback to this day. I am a bit disappointed with the quality because I would have expected something different at the price and above all I think the customer support is not okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, at the Elisabetta Franchi boutique, my shopping experience has been amazing: the show room is perfect in atmosphere and lighting, the staff is very competent and helpful and on top the manager was super professional in helping me with my outfit. And the collection is fab as always!
