Ci ha accolto in negozio una commessa bionda che in meno di due secondi con aria quasi schifata ci ha detto che vestivano fino alla taglia 44, guardando me e mia madre come due poverette. Il rispetto e la gentilezza dove sono? A mai più! It is inconceivable to watch customers from head to toe just because they are not thin! Mai disponibili a far provare i capi perche dicono di avere solo taglie 38 e 40. Abbiamo chiesto di essere contattate per l'arrivo di alcuni capi specifici ma ci è stato risposto che non possono passare il loro tempo a chiamare i clienti. Diverse volte siamo state costrette o ad andare a Napoli dove le commesse del punto vendita campano sono sempre state disponibilissime anche al telefono.o acquistare capi su internet . Peccato che un marchio così prestigioso sia affidato a personale così incapace I am an Elisabetta Franchi customer with two daughters aged 18 and 30 but we have never been able to buy a garment from the Bari boutique because the orders are always very unprofessional.
