★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usa buoni prodotti, e qui non si discute. Ma vista l'ultima pessima esperienza, non ci tornerò più. Dopo aver sbagliato taglio e tinta in preda alla fretta, mi chiede comunque prezzo pieno (80€), senza scusarsi, ma promettendo di sistemarmi nei giorni seguenti. Ricontattandola per accordarci, mi comunica che non sa farmi un preventivo per la sistemazione perché non sa stimare quanto tempo e tinta le servano. Non sono disposta a pagare doppiamente per un errore suo, e quindi a questo punto ho scelto di dirigermi altrove (in un posto in cui osservandomi bene, mi hanno pure chiesto che diavolo mi avesse combinato!) Tutto sommato una buona parrucchiera, per le esperienze che ci ho avuto in passato, ma soggetta a lune personali e che si dimostra scocciata se con gentilezza le si fa capire di aver sbagliato. Avrei gradito più onestà intellettuale nel concordare il prezzo per la riparazione del suo sbaglio, e quantomeno un "mi dispiace" considerando che la "sistemazione" implica una schiaritura fatta sulla tinta da lei applicata, che comunque è un trattamento aggressivo. 80€ buttati via, e ne dovró spendere altri con un trattamento urto.

All in all a good hairdresser, for the experiences that I have had in the past, but subject to personal moons and that proves annoyed if you kindly make her understand that she was wrong. I would have liked more intellectual honesty in agreeing the price for the repair of your mistake, and at least a "sorry" considering that the "accommodation" implies a lightening made on the tint she applied, which is however an aggressive treatment. € 80 thrown away, and I will have to spend others with a shock treatment.
