Innanzi tutto, la cortesia del proprietario, ma soprattutto la sua disponibilità, in quanto dovendo fare un lavoro di stampa di adesivi, avevo pensato di impostare personalmente il lavoro, senza avere la certezza che potesse andare bene, ma solo confidando su una mia presunta adattabilità. Invece mi sono sentito accolto e accompagnato alla scelta. Non solo ma volendo farne un certo numero, anche se la mia esigenza era ben più limitata, mi sono sentito consigliare di farne la metà, cosa non comune e davvero apprezzata (anche se non accolta), ma un chiaro indice di sensibilità nei confronti dei clienti. Insomma, davvero una bella esperienza che consiglierei a tutti. I went into this business because I had heard good things, but what I found was a surprise. First of all, the kindness of the owner, but also its availability, as having to do a print job with stickers, I thought to personally set the work, without being sure that it could be fine, but only relying on my supposed adaptability . Instead I felt welcomed and accompanied to the choice. Not only that but wanting to make a certain number of them, even if my need was much more limited, I felt advised to make half of them, which is uncommon and really appreciated (even if not accepted), but a clear index of sensitivity towards customers. In short, a great experience that I would recommend to everyone.

La motivazione sarebbe il tempo perso (5 minuti per stampare da chiavetta). Sotto Natale siamo tutti (tranne lui) più buoni e non avevo voglia di litigare. Mai più! Simply scandalous. Asking € 10 for 20 or so copies in black and white is a robbery. The motivation would be the lost time (5 minutes to print from a stick). At Christmas we are all (except him) better off and I didn't want to fight. Never again!
C	Christian Lombardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mio amico, passato prima in negozio (anche se con 9 minuti di ritardo rispetto alla chiusura) si è visto chiudere la porta in faccia letteralmente e senza giustificazione di fronte alla richiesta della stampa di un singolo foglio urgente. 1 stella non tanto per il servizio, probabilmente efficiente, ma per la scortesia riscontrata in questo specifico evento. A friend of mine, who passed earlier in the shop (even if 9 minutes later than closing) was literally shut the door in his face and without justification in front of the request to print a single urgent sheet. 1 star not so much for the service, probably efficient, but for the rudeness found in this specific event.

Ho osato chiedere alle ore 13:09 , superando l’orario di chiusura di ben 9 minuti se potesse stamparmi ,cortesemente, un singolo foglio per un'urgenza. Il problema non è stato quello di rifiutare la mia richiesta perchè oltre orario di lavoro, chiaramente comprensibile . Ma i modi veramente pessimi. Mi ha detto di no e mi ha sbattuto la porta in faccia. Complimenti fenomeno delle fotocopie. I'm the guy who went to the store earlier. Avrei dovuto lasciare tutto e andarmene. Non avevo voglia di discutere. Pessimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo Prices out of the market. It includes 40.00 euros of hourly labor in the work !!!! On € 27 of material and prints, he added 40 € of labor. I should have left everything and gone. I didn't feel like arguing. Bad quality / price ratio
