Per merito di Agata, che è sempre stata molto disponibile e competente, è sembrato tutto molto più semplice di quanto non fosse in realtà, e con ottimi risultati. Grazie! a	annamaria castello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che mi sono rivolta a loro hanno stampato in bianco e nero un poster che doveva essere a colori, per fortuna ho voluto vedere il poster prima di pagarlo. Ho chiesto di ristamparlo e me lo hanno consegnato la sera prima che partissi per un congresso, con l'ansia e la paura che potesse sorgere qualche altro problema a poche ore dalla partenza.... Pensando fosse stato un problema che può capitare a tutti mi sono rivolta a loro una seconda volta, ma non credo ripeterò l'errore: troppo lenti e totalmente inefficienti, affrontano il lavoro come se stessero facendo loro una cortesia al cliente, forse dimenticano che loro offrono una prestazione per la quale noi paghiamo. The first time I spoke to them they printed a poster in black and white which was to be in color, luckily I wanted to see the poster before paying for it. I asked to reprint it and they handed it to me the evening before I left for a congress, with anxiety and fear that some other problem might arise within hours of departure .... Thinking it was a problem that could happen to everyone I turned to them a second time, but I don't think I'll repeat the mistake: too slow and totally inefficient, they face the job as if they were doing them a courtesy to the customer, maybe they forget that they offer a service we pay for.

A	Anna85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo fatto fare delle fotocopie per dei bollettini ma una volta arrivata a casa ,ho notato che c'erano pure,e non so per quale motivo delle pagine in bianco, oltre ovviamente ai bollettini , che si sono fatti pagare...se abitassi nelle vicinanze sarei ritornata e avrei chiesto spiegazioni...ma sicuramente hanno perso un cliente.
