Ho avuto dei problemi con un formato stampato da un'altra parte e sono stati gentilissimi nel carcere di capire di cosa avevo bisogno e nel risolvere il mio problema velocemente e soprattutto con gentilezza! Ottimi prezzi.
Maximum professionalism and courtesy (something that certainly cannot be said of other copy shops and print shops in Rovigo). I had problems with a format printed elsewhere and they were very kind in prison to understand what I needed and to solve my problem quickly and above all with kindness! Great prices.

Attesa molto lunga per un libro senza poi avere una data certa di consegna (con scuola già iniziata e quindi disagio). Optato per il recesso dall’acquisto (pagato anticipatamente) con un buono. Il personale si è dimostrato impreparato sulla gestione del buono e quindi del suo utilizzo (la normativa fiscale c’è ed è chiara). In conclusione, grazie ad Amazon il libro mi è stato recapitato il giorno successivo. Mai più.
I put a star only because you can't put 0. Extremely rude staff. Poor service. Very long wait for a book without having a certain delivery date (with school already started and therefore discomfort). Opted for the withdrawal from the purchase (paid in advance) with a voucher. The staff proved unprepared in the management of the voucher and therefore in its use (the tax legislation exists and is clear). In conclusion, thanks to Amazon, the book was delivered to me the next day. Never again.
