★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, dopo aver telefonato per assicurarmi che avessero gli articoli che cercavo senza perdere troppo tempo arrivo in negozio e attendo 20 minuti per sentirmi dire che il gestionale di cassa/fatturazione è fuori uso e quindi non possono servirmi perché non hanno un altro listino prezzi per farmi pagare. Non hanno speso un minuto di tempo per trovare soluzioni al problema.
Bad experience, after phoning to make sure they had the items I was looking for without wasting too much time, I arrive at the store and wait 20 minutes to be told that the cash / billing management system is out of order and therefore they cannot serve me because they do not have another price list to make me pay. They didn't spend a minute trying to find solutions to the problem.
