All'ingresso si presenta in maniera poco curata, ma il personale è competente e fornisce risposte oneste. Da consultare sempre in caso di necessità. Il costo dell'intervento e dei pezzi di ricambio mi è sembrato giusto e al termine del lavoro il tecnico ha fatto lo scontrino. Grazie ancora! Very kind staff (both the technician and the people I spoke to on the phone), problem solved in a very short time (in the middle of August!), Work done precisely, with extreme professionalism and in compliance with all anti-covid regulations. The cost of the intervention and spare parts seemed right and at the end of the work the technician made the receipt. Thanks again!

Mi sono rivolto a loro per un banale intervento di riparazione del portellone della lavastoviglie che non si apriva bene. Dopo essere venuti la prima volta, sono passate diverse settimane senza che completassero l'intervento perché non trovavano la cerniera di ricambio. Essendo trascorso troppo tempo, mi sono fatto dire quali fossero le specifiche del pezzo e l'ho trovato in due minuti su S.O.S. ricambi (alla mia rimostranza in proposito hanno risposto che loro non acquistano tramite quel canale). Per completare l'intervento, nonostante gli avessi trovato il pezzo, sono stati necessari due ulteriori interventi perché nel primo il tecnico non aveva avuto contezza di quali braccetti fossero necessari per rimontare la struttura. Nonostante terminato il lavoro il portellone non si aprisse bene del tutto, il tecnico ha preteso il pagamento integrale del secondo intervento (dovuto alla sua imperizia) di 30 €, avvenuto 5 giorni dopo il primo. Essendomi rivolto a loro ho speso 100 € (60€ di manodopera +39,6 € il pezzo) ed ho l'elettrodomestico non funzionante. Evitateli se potete! Bad quality of service and very little professionalism. Having spent too much time, I got told what the specifics of the piece were and found it in two minutes on S.O.S. spare parts (to my complaint about it they replied that they do not buy through that channel). To complete the intervention, despite having found the piece, two further interventions were necessary because in the first the technician had not been aware of which arms were needed to reassemble the structure. Despite the fact that the tailgate did not open well at the end of the job, the technician demanded full payment of the second intervention (due to his inexperience) of € 30, which took place 5 days after the first. Having contacted them, I spent € 100 (€ 60 of labor +39.6 € per piece) and I have the appliance not working. Avoid them if you can!

Problema di funzionamento con asciugatrice ancora in garanzia; il tecnico verifica il non funzionamento, la smonta e la porta in officina; la restituisce dicendo che funziona regolarmente e pretende 40€ di chiamata. Elettroservice ha dichiarato alla BEKO Italia che il tecnico è stato obbligato da noi a portarla in officina e per questo hanno preteso la chiamata. Vergognatevi! Bad experience-HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !! Operation problem with dryer still under warranty; the technician checks the non-functioning, disassembles it and takes it to the workshop; he returns it saying that it works regularly and demands € 40 for a call. Elettroservice told BEKO Italia that the technician was obliged by us to take it to the workshop and for this reason they demanded the call. Shame on you!
