Mando una prima e-mail in cui mi dicono che sarebbe arrivata entro il 4 5 luglio ma nulla, invio una seconda e-mail in cui avverto che mi sarei mosso nelle sedi legali opportune e "magicamente" Mi inviano la fattura del loro acquisto dalla ditta fornitrice e mi chiamano dicendo che "misteriosamente" Il pacco si è perso. Purchased a therapy at July 29 not arrived to date.
