Agirò per vie legali comportamento scorretto inoltre le tempistiche sono lunghissime. Ho trovato serietà,professionalità e velocità che di rado si trovano in giro. Per concludere voglio spendere giusto due parole sulla gestione: gente onesta,ce l'hanno scritto in fronte. L'ho portata da un assistenza ufficiale samsung e l'hanno aggiustata con 180 euro. La tv era addirittura stata richiusa con tutti i connettori staccati.
