★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio TV Philips per la riparazione, mi chiedono 10 euro come caparra per il lavoro, dopo una settimana mi chiamano dicendomi che la scheda madre è danneggiata e che non è disponibile nei magazzini, chiedo se aspettando può essere riparata ma mi rispondono con maleducazione che è meglio se la porto in un centro Philips, ok la vado a ritirare chiedendo indietro i 10 euro di caparra ma mi dicono sempre maleducatamente che non me li ridanno perché il lavoro è stato fatto. Quale lavoro? Se la devo portare in un altro centro dovranno rifare il lavoro spiego....ma non vogliono sentire ragione e si tengono la caparra....dal mio punto di vista possono non aver fatto nulla!! Questa è una ingiustizia! Ma non finirà qui!!!
I brought my Philips TV for repair, they ask me 10 euros as a deposit for the work, after a week they call me saying that the motherboard is damaged and that it is not available in the warehouses, I ask if waiting it can be repaired but they answer me with rudeness which is better if I take it to a Philips center, ok I go to collect it asking for the 10 euro deposit back but they always rudely tell me that they will not give it back to me because the work has been done. What work? If I have to take her to another center they will have to redo the job I explain .... but they don't want to hear reason and they keep the deposit .... from my point of view they may not have done anything !! This is an injustice! But it will not end here !!!
