The guy who welcomed me already in an exemplary way .... But I haven't passed 2 makita drills still under warranty because according to him when you close a spindle you have to do it only and exclusively by hand without operating the motor start .... Incompetent .... But are you in the trade ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiamato per sapere se vendevano le coppiglie coniche che fermano le ruote di un tagliaerba "non professionale", e con molta arroganza e maleducazione la Signora al telefono, parlando delle marche non professionali, mi ha detto che loro non trattano niente di QUELLA ROBA, che non vogliono averci niente a che fare, senza nemmeno sapere che di trattava di una semplice coppiglia. Servizio clienti orribile
I called to find out if they were selling the conical pins that stop the wheels of a "non-professional" lawnmower, and with a lot of arrogance and rudeness the lady on the phone, talking about non-professional brands, told me that they don't deal with that stuff who do not want to have anything to do with it, without even knowing that it was a simple cotter pin. Horrible customer service
