Si tratta di un'officina che vende e ripara pompe per l'acqua. A dicembre mi si rompe la pompa che dal pozzo alimenta casa, ma era in garanzia. Seguendo le indicazioni della garanzia finisco in questa officina che era quella "ufficiale". Mi dicono che la pompa non è riparabile e che la garanzia non prevede sostituzione... Per non perdere tempo (ero senz'acqua a casa) compro una nuova pompa, chiedendone una solida, che durasse.
Neanche un anno dopo la nuova pompa si guasta, e anche di brutto. La riporto da loro e mi mandano a casa a mani vuote e poi, in serata, dicono che la riparazione costa molto e che non è coperta dalla garanzia. Di nuovo.
Sono una fregatura.
Sono una fregatura le loro riparazioni ed è una fregatura la loro merce: non andateci mai!
ELETTROMECCANICA 2001 in Terni: why NOT ever go there!
This is a workshop that sells and repairs water pumps. In December the pump that feeds the house from the well breaks down, but it was under warranty. Following the indications of the guarantee I end up in this workshop which was the "official" one. They tell me that the pump is not repairable and that the warranty does not provide for replacement ... In order not to waste time (I was without water at home) I buy a new pump, asking for a solid one that lasts.
Not even a year later the new pump fails, and bad too. I take it back to them and they send me home empty-handed and then, in the evening, they say that the repair costs a lot and is not covered by the warranty. Again.
They are a rip off.
Their repairs are a rip-off and their merchandise is a rip-off: never go there!
