★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco cortese e poco qualificato mi hanno fornito del materiale elettrico, in fase di montaggio l’istallatore mi fa notare un errore di fornitura. Andando con scontrino alla mano il titolate mi risponde che purtroppo essendo un privato non mi può effettuare cambi e che è stata colpa mia di non aver controllato il materiale al banco! Non è una critica ma una grande delusione per un cliente; quindi fare molta attenzione prima di chiudere il conto!!!
Unkind and unqualified staff provided me with electrical equipment, during installation the installer pointed out to me a supply error. Going with a receipt in hand, the owner replies that unfortunately, being a private person, I cannot make changes and that it was my fault for not having checked the material at the counter! It is not a criticism but a great disappointment for a customer; so be very careful before closing the account !!!
