Alla richiesta di fattura preferiscono lo scontrino se la spesa non è sufficientemente alta....mentre la legge obbliga ad emettere la fattura qualsiasi sia l'importo speso.
Il responsabile Giorgio dovrebbe togliersi quell'atteggiamento arrogante e supponente verso i clienti.........perchè non hanno necessariamente bisogno di lui potendo andare anche altrove ad acquistare!!!

At the invoice request they prefer the receipt if the expense is not high enough ... while the law obliges to issue the invoice whatever the amount spent.
The manager Giorgio should take off that arrogant and opinionated attitude towards the customers ......... because they do not necessarily need him being able to go elsewhere to buy !!!
