Nuccio Capozio, (fornaio da più di 55 anni), la genuinità dei dolci, pizze e schiaccioni locali sia con patate e salsiccia, sia con spinaci che sono di una specialità unica, nonché la gentilezza e la cordialità che hanno le figlie nel servire la propria clientela, ci troviamo di fronte al top dei maestri fornai e se si aggiunge un panificio dove igiene bontà e cordialità fanno il loro vanto, bisogna solo provare per credere per gustare il meglio della tradizione Siracusana.
When you find an artisan experience that Mr. Nuccio Capozio, (baker for more than 55 years), the authenticity of the local desserts, pizzas and schiaccioni with both potatoes and sausage and spinach which are a unique customers, we are faced with the top of the master bakers and if you add a bakery where hygiene, goodness and friendliness are their pride, you just have to try to believe to taste the best of the Syracusan tradition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio avviso un'eccellenza, ogni qualvolta riesco, vado di proposito a Siracusa per gustare le prelibatezze sfornate da loro, un'attività che col passare del tempo ha mantenuto i sapori intatti, grazie alle materie prime mantenute di altissima qualità, ogni qualvolta assaporo uno dei loro prodotti ad ogni morso rivivo la mia infanzia. Bravissimi!
In my opinion an excellence, whenever I can, I purposely go to Syracuse to taste the delicacies baked by them, an activity that over time has kept the flavors intact, thanks to the raw materials kept of the highest quality, every time I savor one of their products with every bite I relive my childhood. Very good!
