L'ordine è arrivato in ritardo rispetto alla data di consegna programmata, mancavano alcune parti e nessuno si è preoccupato di avvisare, nonostante avessi chiamato numerose volte per avere informazioni sul mio ordine. Mi arriva l'ordine con in biglietto con scritto di ricontattarli. Provo con numerose email e telefonate ma, tranne qualche risposta dove mi hanno detto che avrebbero verificato, non sono più riuscito ad ottenere il rimborso della merce che non mi è stata consegnata. Molto scorretti. Sconsiglio qualsiasi acquisto. Spero almeno di poter recuperare i miei soldi. I made a purchase on this site. The order arrived late compared to the scheduled delivery date, some parts were missing and nobody bothered to notify, despite having called several times to get information about my order. I receive the order with the ticket written to contact them. I try with numerous emails and phone calls but, except for a few replies where they told me they would check, I was no longer able to get a refund for the goods that were not delivered to me. Very incorrect. I do not recommend any purchase. I hope at least to be able to recover my money.

Ho fatto l'ordine e il totale era circa 650 euro (quindi sono rimasta con il fiato sospeso viste alcune recensioni..) eppure ho ricevuto tutto, in buoni tempi e quando mi è capitato di chiamare mi han sempre risposto!!! placchette originali e confezionate singolarmente. I placed the order and the total was about 650 euros (so I was in suspense given some reviews ..) yet I received everything, in good times and when I happened to call they always answered me !!! original plates and individually packaged. L'ordine, come è capitato a tanti, è arrivato incompleto con un foglietto dentro la scatola dove c'era scritto che il venditore era a conoscenza della mancanza di alcuni prodotti all'interno e di contattarli per ricevere il rimborso. Dopo essere stato rimpallato ripetute volte al telefono e non aver ricevuto alcuna risposta alle innumerevoli mail prenderò provvedimenti. Statene alla larga, è una truffa.
