Recentemente ho avuto necessità di contattarli per una anomalia e ho subito avuto pronta assistenza, anche se sono trascorsi 8 anni. Bravi, competenti e affidabili. Il titolare dell'azienda è persona seria, competente e sempre disponibile nel soddisfare le richieste del cliente. L'azienda è client driven più che product driven e lo si capisce sin da subito; a differenza di altri player di più grandi dimensioni, il cliente è seguito dall'inizio alla fine; il progetto è discusso e condiviso in base alle esigenze del cliente che alla fine si trova ad avere il prodotto più consono alle sue esigenze. Dall'installazione all'attivazione dell'impianto passano poche settimane, questo perché l'azienda dal momento della sottoscrizione del contratto si attiva immediatamente con ENEL e GSE. I collaboratori del titolare sono anch'essi molto competenti nei loro ambiti, gentili e premurosi con il cliente. In estrema sintesi quest'azienda presta particolare attenzione ai dettagli ed è quello che mi ha portato a preferirla rispetto ad altri competitor. The owner of the company is a serious person, competent and always available in satisfying the customer's requests. The company is client driven rather than product driven and you understand this right away; unlike other larger players, the customer is followed from start to finish; the project is discussed and shared according to the needs of the customer who in the end finds himself having the product that best suits his needs. A few weeks pass from installation to activation of the system, this is because the company immediately activates with ENEL and GSE from the moment of signing the contract. The owner's collaborators are also very competent in their fields, kind and caring with the customer. In a nutshell, this company pays particular attention to details and that's what led me to prefer it over other competitors.
