F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fissato appuntamento sono stata in casa ad aspettare ma non sono né venuti né si sono degnati mai a telefonare. ho chiamato un altra ditta da fuori Viareggio e sono stati più seri e professionali. A	ANNA A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza. Li ho chiamati perchè la lavastoviglie non andava, doveva essere cambiata una scheda e l'hanno portata nel loro laboratorio. Fra l'altro con altre assistenze la riparazione è sempre stata fatta in loco. Me l'hanno tenuta più di 2 mesi dandomene una di ripego dopo un paio di settimane di lamentele e un appuntamento a vuoto (senza avviso). Finalmente l'ho riavuta, lì per lì andava ma dopo una settimana la lavastoviglie ha iniziato a lavare malissimo, ma piuttosto che richiamare costoro la compro nuovo (assicurandomi che il centro di assistenza non sia il loro). Il problema è che i tempi di attesa sono lunghi, non ti rispondono al telefono e ti danno appuntamenti a cui non vengono senza avvisarti. Mai più! Bad assistance. They kept it for more than 2 months giving me a ripego after a couple of weeks of complaints and an empty appointment (without notice). Finally I got it back, then it went but after a week the dishwasher started to wash badly, but rather than call them I buy it again (making sure that the service center is not theirs). The problem is that waiting times are long, they don't answer you on the phone and they give you appointments that they don't come without telling you. Never again!

Non so cosa pensare farò reclamo alla ditta che mi ha venduto l'elettrodomestico SUGGERENDO di togliere l'assistenza a questa azienda.
