Mi hanno dato appuntamento alle 14 e 30 e sono rimasta 40 minuti sul piazzale sotto il sole ad aspettare intanto gli operai presenti allungavano il ritardo previsto. Dopo 40 minuti sono venuta via. Veramente indecenti. Si vede che non hanno bisogno di lavorare!
Lack of professionalism and no respect for the customer. They gave me an appointment at 2.30 pm and I stayed 40 minutes on the square in the sun waiting for the workers present to lengthen the expected delay. After 40 minutes I left. Really indecent. You see they don't need to work!
