★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno tenuto la macchina in officina per 4 giorni senza risolvere il problema, sostituita la centralina che ho dovuto procurare io di seconda mano, ma alla fine il problema non era quello. Non ci andate se non volete perdere tempo, sono incompetenti e senza serietà
They kept the car in the workshop for 4 days without solving the problem, they replaced the control unit that I had to procure second-hand, but in the end the problem was not that. Don't go there if you don't want to waste time, they are incompetent and without seriousness

Ogni volta che porti l’auto a riparare la tengono giorni interi senza fare nulla, dicendoti di consegnarla in poche ore. Ieri l’ho portata alle 8 del mattino e il proprietario mi diceva inizialmente che entro le 12 l’auto era pronta. Alle 16:30 dopo ripetute chiamate senza risposta, arrivo in officina e non avevano nemmeno idea di quale problema avesse la macchina. Due minuti prima di arrivare in officina chiamo e non rispondono, arrivo e uno dei proprietari era seduto accanto al telefono ignorando la chiamata. Tutte le volte è così, non è un caso! Morale: chi va a Roma perde la poltrona. Stamattina ho portato l’auto in un’altra officina e in mezz’ora era pronta.

Avoid, it's just a waste of time!
Every time you take the car for repair, they keep it for days without doing anything, telling you to deliver it in a few hours. Yesterday I took it at 8 am and the owner initially told me that the car was ready by 12 noon. At 4:30 pm after repeated unanswered calls, I arrive at the workshop and they had no idea what problem the car was having. Two minutes before arriving at the workshop I call and they don't answer, I arrive and one of the owners was sitting next to the phone ignoring the call. That's the way it is every time, it's no coincidence! Moral: those who go to Rome lose their seats. This morning I took the car to another workshop and in half an hour it was ready.
To never again.
