★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati per caso da questo elettrauto per un problema improvviso all'auto. Siamo arrivati all'officina ma lui non c'era, l'abbiamo aspettato per un po' di tempo con la speranza di un aiuto da parte sua.
Dopo circa 10 min arriva e nemmeno saluta. Noi gentilmente gli abbiamo chiesto se poteva aiutarci e lui ha detto: "Ho auto più importanti da consegnare, non ho tempo"; si è voltato ed è andato via senza nemmeno salutare.
Capisco gli impegni del signore, ma l'educazione viene prima di tutto. Lo sconsigliamo assolutamente per il comportamento che ha assunto e per il modo in cui ha trattato noi potenziali clienti. Noi non ci torneremo mai più.
We found ourselves by chance from this electrician for a sudden problem with the car. We arrived at the workshop but he wasn't there, we waited for some time with the hope of some help from him.
After about 10 minutes it arrives and doesn't even say goodbye. We kindly asked him if he could help us and he said: "I have more important cars to deliver, I have no time"; he turned and left without saying goodbye.
I understand the commitments of the gentleman, but education comes first. We absolutely advise against it for the behavior it has taken and for the way in which it has treated us potential customers. We will never go back there again.
