Bisogna avere l'umiltà di ammettere se non si è in grado di fare un lavoro. (se non avessi voluto spendere altri soldi non avrei cercato il pezzo che a suo dire mancava e non le avrei passato il numero di chi aveva quel pezzo, mi ero solo raccomandata che qualora non fosse andato a buon fine l'aggiusto il kit sarebbe stato restituito)
