★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima!! Ho acquistato 3 paia di scarpe e di una, neanche 7 giorni dopo, ho richiesto - con scontrino e cartellino ancora legato alle scarpe - il cambio perché non si adattavano perfettamente al piede.
Non hanno effettuato il cambio giustificandolo con la suola un po’ sporca - evidentemente di polvere dopo le numerose prove in negozio di altri clienti e la mia prova a casa.
Naturalmente, pulendole semplicemente con un fazzoletto, sono tornate come prima!!
Politica non corretta, sicuramente non tornerò!
 Bad experience !! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and one, not even 7 days later, I requested - with a receipt and tag still tied to the shoes - the change because they did not perfectly fit the foot.
They did not make the change justifying it with a slightly dirty sole - evidently of dust after the numerous tests in store of other customers and my test at home.
Of course, simply cleaning them with a tissue, they are back as before !!
Incorrect policy, I will definitely not go back!
