I was lucky enough to have a foot reflexology treatment with Elena in a washroom, pure magic !! Sweet, sunny and very competent person, he immediately put me at ease and helped me to identify and better understand some problems of my body related to emotional states. Gentile, professionale e competente, lo studio è piccolo accogliente e dà vibrazioni positive e rilassanti.
Ho fatto per la prima volta Riflessologia Plantare, sono entrata carica di stress, con la testa nel pallone, sono uscita che mi sentivo volare su una nuvola!
In più mi ha spiegato quanto il mio stress incida sul mio corpo e viceversa, mi ha dato dei consigli utilissimi che seguirò senza dubbio, a distanza di due giorni mi sento ancora sollevata e finalmente riesco a dormire bene.
Di sicuro tornerò presto! Grazie ancora Elena, aspettamiiiii!!!

I did Foot Reflexology for the first time, I entered full of stress, with my head in the balloon, I went out feeling like I was flying on a cloud!
In addition, he explained to me how much my stress affects my body and vice versa, he gave me some very useful advice that I will undoubtedly follow, after two days I still feel relieved and I can finally sleep well.
