A	Armando Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata a cena in questo locale ieri sera con mio marito per la prima volta,avevo letto le ottime recensioni e mi sono incuriosita per le belle foto dei piatti,bene condivido ogni singola parola per le ottime recensioni. Ho trovato un ambiente elegante ma informale,un personale preparato ma alla mano,un menù raffinato ma dai sapori semplici e soprattutto di ottima scelta. Buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio per una serata tranquilla e tornerò sicuramente. I had dinner in this place last night with my husband for the first time, I had read the excellent reviews and I was intrigued by the beautiful photos of the dishes, well I share every single word for the excellent reviews. I found an elegant but informal environment, a trained but easy-going staff, a refined menu but with simple flavors and above all an excellent choice. The quality / price ratio is also good. I recommend it for a quiet evening and will definitely be back.

Il primo (tagliatelle tartufo e gambero rosso) erano ottime, ed era presente in abbondanza sia il tartufo che il gambero rosso. I dolci sono veramente belli da vedere, oltre che buoni ed originali. Staff molto cortese e veloce. Per la qualità del cibo e della presentazione i prezzi sono più che onesti. I went to Element for lunch after work, and I ate really well. The first (truffle tagliatelle and red shrimp) were excellent, and there was an abundance of both truffles and red shrimp. The desserts are really beautiful to look at, as well as good and original. Very courteous and fast staff. For the quality of the food and presentation, the prices are more than fair.
M	Maurizio Misso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da dove iniziare. A si ci siamo finiti così per caso. erano le 14.30 e chiediamo se era possibile mangiare, i ragazzi ci hanno fatto accomodare senza problemi. Prima impressione ottima, locale ordinato pulito, minimal e personale, giovane, educato e gentile. Ordiniamo pietanze di pesce, antipasto mix di crudi (27 e) mix di cotti (17 E). Rimaniamo a bocca aperta per la bellezza delle presentazioni, ci vengono portati del crudo 7 piattini con varie specialità e del cotto 1 piatto con 5 specialità. Non so dirvi cosa era migliore o meno...ma veramente era tutto eccezionale e perfetto, pesce freschissimo e accoppiamenti da ristorante 3 stelle michelin. Estasiati dall antipasto, decidiamo di testare il "manico" in cucina con un primo, optiamo per fettuccine (fatte in casa) con gambero rosso e tartufo...io e mio amico che è ristoratore/chef, siamo rimasti commossi dalla bontà e dalla perfezione del piatto. Non prendiamo mai dolci, ma per testare di nuovo la cucina, prendiamo un dolce. Un opera d arte, che faceva brutto rovinare :))...una composizione con lamponi, cocco, cioccolato bianco, scuro...una cosa pazzesca. Ottima carta dei vini, con poche etichette ma di qualità. Abbiamo preso un ottimo metodo classico laziale che era una bomba a 30 E. Andateci e provate, a mio avviso tra i migliori ristoranti dove sono mai stato. where to start. Excellent first impression, neat, clean, minimal and personal, young, polite and kind place. We order fish dishes, starter mix of raw (27 e) mix of cooked (17 E). We are amazed by the beauty of the presentations, we are brought 7 raw plates with various specialties and cooked 1 dish with 5 specialties. I can't tell you what was better or not ... but really it was all exceptional and perfect, very fresh fish and pairings from a 3-star michelin restaurant. Enraptured by the appetizer, we decide to test the "handle" in the kitchen with a first course, we opt for fettuccine (homemade) with red shrimp and truffle ... my friend and I, who is a restaurateur / chef, were moved by the goodness and perfection of the dish. We never take sweets, but to test the cooking again, we take a dessert. A work of art, which was badly ruined :)) ... a composition with raspberries, coconut, white, dark chocolate ... a crazy thing. Excellent wine list, with few labels but of quality. We took an excellent classic Lazio method which was a bomb at 30 E. Go there and try, in my opinion among the best restaurants I have ever been to.

Consiglio vivamente di provare il loro dolce " Nuvola" è una delizia senza precedenti. The diamond in the center of pomezia. Lovely atmosphere, super professional and kind staff. Quality wine and food. I highly recommend trying their dessert "Nuvola" it is an unprecedented delight.

I piatti ricercati e di qualità. Pasta al tartufo e ai gamberi rossi una delle migliori mai mangiate!! It was the third time I went to this restaurant and for the third time I was fully satisfied! The service is perfect, kind and accurate. The refined and quality dishes. Pasta with truffles and red prawns one of the best ever eaten !!
