3 mal im Geschäft gewesen. 3 mal mit leeren Händen raus. Obwohl das bestellte TV Gerät reserviert wurde.
Zudem sehr unfreundlich.

Purchased juicer. From the window. The kit was incomplete. There is only one small piece - black plastic plug from the gearbox. It 'a shame that the staff are not sufficiently attentive to foreign buyers. Where to find this detail is not clear.

Der einzige Lichtblick im Geschäft ist das Ehepaar Niederkofler.
Solche unangenehmen Vorfälle sind mir im Geschäft einige Male passiert.
Wenn Herr Peter 3 x am Telefon antwortet,..wir haben andere Kunden auch,nicht nur sie" finde ich das doch sehr arrogant und auch geschäftsschädigend.
Very unfriendly, cheeky staff in the computer department, especially Mr. Peter should be trained in customer friendliness. Not like that, once and never again!
The only bright spot in the business is the Niederkofler couple.
Such unpleasant incidents have happened to me a number of times in my business.
When Mr. Peter answers three times on the phone ... we have other customers too, not just them "I find that very arrogant and also damaging to business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito, ordinato e ben organizzato. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile nel dare informazioni. Non è molto distante dal centro ed è invece vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. L'accesso è senza barriere architettoniche ed è possibile accedervi con il proprio cane.
Very well stocked, tidy and well organized shop. The staff is very kind and helpful in giving information. It is not very far from the center and is instead close to the train station. Access is barrier-free and it is possible to access it with your dog.
