War aufgrund von willkürlichen TIM-Abzügen beim Handy einer älteren Frau im Geschäft. Beratung oder Hilfe hat es keine gegeben, außer der Info, die Servicenummer von TIM zu kontaktieren...
Der Witz: Musste für diese "Beratung" 5€ bezahlen...
Bezahle gerne für Hilfe, hätte dann aber auch gerne welche bekommen.
Zudem wurde das neue Huawei-Smartphone (Neupreis ca. 250€) als "Kiste" bezeichnet.

Was in the business because of arbitrary TIM deductions on the mobile phone of an elderly woman. There is no advice or help, except to contact the info, the service number of TIM ...
The joke: had to pay 5 € for this "consultation" ...
Pay for help, but would like to get some.
In addition, the new Huawei smartphone (original price about 250 €) was called a "box".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde sehr gut beraten, sehr bemüht um die Beratung und haben sich auch Zeit genommen für die persönlichen Anliegen. Meine Frau hat sich auch vor ein paar Monaten ein neues Huwaii gekauft. Passendes Model war nicht lagernd, nach Bestellung in 2 Tagen im Geschäft abholbereit. Sie wurde telefonisch benachrichtigt hat super geklapt, Daten im Geschäft aufs neue Handy übertragen und fertig.
Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Was very well advised, tried very hard to give advice and also took time for personal concerns. My wife also bought a new Huwaii a few months ago. Matching model was not in stock, ready to collect from the shop in 2 days after ordering. She was notified by phone, she had a great tap, she transferred data to the new cell phone in the shop and she was done.
I can only recommend.
