★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un contratto online con la Wind x la fibra...Wind mi disse di andare in un qualunque centro Wind x ritirare la scheda e il router che mi spetta x contratto,( avevo appena parlato con 155 e mi hanno appena detto che NON devo attivare nessuna promo e nessuna offerta x avere il router e la scheda con 100 gb di traffico che mi spetta di contratto ) sono andato da loro e la prima domanda e stata..." l'hai fatto con noi il contratto"??? Ovviamente no xk l'ho fatta online ...allora la risposta del ragazzo che lavora li e stata ...allora il router nn l'abbiamo e la scheda devi attivare un offerta con noi x poter usufruire della promozione. Ho detto Ok e me ne sono andato.
Ovviamente sono andato in altri centro Wind e mi hanno detto chiaramente la scheda e il router le spetta x contratto senza alcun offerta o promozione da attivare.
PS: Fare i furbi nn paga quasi mai.

Obviously I went to other Wind centers and they told me clearly the card and the router is up to you x contract with no offer or promotion to activate.
PS: Being smart doesn't pay almost never.

Il supporto post vendita è il punto debole.
Mi sono recato per attivare una promozione gratuita, con cordialità hanno annotato il mio numero per procedere ma poi non si è attivato nulla. Sono tornato alcune volte per chiedere spiegazioni ma il supporto è stato zero e nel frattempo è scaduta l'offerta.
